České Vánoce v angličtině

Od posledních Vánoc, pravda, již pár týdnů uplynulo. Můžeme si je teď připomenout prostřednictvím krátkého vyprávění, v němž se tradiční české vánoční zvyky ve vlastní rodině, nejkrásnější dárky a oslavu Nového roku pokusili popsat anglicky mluvícím cizincům žáci 8. ročníku v hodině anglického jazyka.

I was with my family at home on Christmas day. We had very good dinner. We had a carp and potato salad. We watched Christmas films on TV. We went to church.
I got clothes, socks, two books, shampoo and shower gel, perfume, hair rubber, bicycle helmet and violin. I got fruits and chocolate, too.
I was with my family on New Year's Eve. We had fireworks. We went to my aunt and uncle by car.

On Christmas Eve we decorated Christmas tree and then we walked to my grandma and grandpa. Then we went to the church. At grandma´s we watched fairy tales on TV. Then the rest of family came. At five o clock we ate carp and potato salate and we did some Christmas traditions. We gave fish scale under a plate. After dinner we watched TV again. We ate Christmas candies. At six o´clock we unpacked presents. I got some clothes, books, new mobile, ukulele... I was happy. I enjoyed it all day. Two days later I went to the other grandma, there were my aunts, uncles, cousins... First day we were in the cinema, second day we were on laser game and on virtual reality. Third day we were in aqua park I celebrated with my friends The New Year´s Eve . We had fireworks. I went to sleep at three o ´clock in the morning.

I was eating with my family fried carp with potato salad and then we went to the church. I got some present : many T-shirts, socks, hair shampoo, parfume, sliper, school bag, green bottle, very fast RC car, sheet ,the table game - Auto Evropa, solar brick-box. I celebrated the end of the year 2017 with my sister, my mum and with Vlastík. Next day we went to look at the fireworks in my hometown and then we went to the church.

On Christmas evening I was with my family and we went the church.We ate fish and potato salat,but I ate potatoes.I played othe violin for my grandparents.I got violin,two books, a cup, two parfumes, shoes, shampoo and more. I like Christmas time. In New Year´s Evening we were with our friends.
